How often do you update the site?
Primal Records are continually adding content on a daily basis. Primal Records members are notified of these site updates through our e-mail newsletter, which also includes relevant news and record reviews. These mail-outs occur once or twice per week.
If you would like to join our newsletter mailing list, please enter your email address in the News and Reviews window on the right.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Mp3's
All completed mp3 orders are instantly available for download using links sent to you via email.
You can also download all mp3's via the Orders History link in the small Cart window on the right-hand side of the site.
The Orders History Pages also give you access to all previous orders.
Download links are available for 72 hours after purchase. If you have any problems and need longer time than this, then please use the Contact Us page to let us know and we can extend that time.
Vinyl
Unfortunately we no longer sell vinyl, maybe we will again one day but don't hold your breath.
