Oh So Coy delivers wonderfully sincere dance music, journeying through the deeper, soulful streets of electronica.
Born in 2010, a project of South African producer Matt Prehn, Oh So Coy was initiated as an outlet for his array of studio projects. In a short period since, modus operandi took a shift with a small group of trusted faithful recruited to supply fresh original productions and remixes.
Drawing from a pool of talented & mainly South African producers, the family is shaping well.
Bang Bang, Christopher Wilde, Leigh Deep, Lotus, The Xplicit Beat Ho's, Dakin Auret, Telmo, The Soul Faderz, Marcia Alves, Lu Chase, Steve Banks, Brian Snr & Deejay Mpekza are just some of the names in and on schedule.
Support so far has been positive with the likes of Quentin Harris, Grant Nelson, Mark Farina, Mousse T, Nacho Marco, Andy Ward & Robert Owens all laying their stamp on the label’s output.
